"NIPS" is an image processing system using a high-performance laser film digitizer that we have developed. After digitizing transmission photographs of pipes, equipment, and devices, it allows for a more precise quantitative evaluation of the condition of corrosion, the presence of foreign objects, and defect conditions through its rich image processing and measurement functions. 【Features】 ■ Low-density transmission photographs can be converted into images with suitable contrast by utilizing high resolution. ■ Measurements are based on digital values, eliminating individual differences among operators. ■ Processing using low-density transmission photographs is possible (efficiency improvement through reduced exposure time and decreased radiation). ■ Inspection records can be saved on hard disks or optical disks (space-saving storage). ■ Output is possible with a high-performance printer (allowing observation in well-lit conditions). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
